Tuesday: 1 mile swim; 15 min stepper
Wednesday - 7 miles @ 8:30
Thursday - 4 miles @ 8 with 2 miles hill
Friday - 1 mile swim
Saturday - 10 miles trails * 8:45.
Sunday - 3 miles @ 8 (only because I can't run Monday cause I will be stuck there till 10pm).
T ; 31 miles run
